The Westwood Club is a fully-licensed community, family friendly, members club based in Downs Way, Tilehurst. Westwood Farm Community Association is also a registered charity.
FUNCTION ROOM HIRE

ADULT PARTY
Friday/Saturday Evening - 7.30pm - 11.30pm
Member rate: £150.00
Non-Member rate: £200.00

£300 deposit required to secure preferred date.
CHILD PARTY (NO BAR)

0-10yrs- £100 refundable deposit (subject to no damage) required to secure preferred date.
16yrs-17yrs £200 refundable deposit (subject to no damage) required to secure preferred date.

Saturday/Sunday afternoon - 12 noon - 4.00pm (times adjustable)
Member rate: £150.00
Non-Member rate: £200.00

DEPOSITS
YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE CLUB IS HAPPY THAT NO DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED TO THE PREMISES AND THE EVENT HAS PASSED TROUBLE FREE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR GUESTS AT ALL TIMES.
THE DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR PROVISIONAL BOOKING. PAYMENT OF FINAL BALANCE IS REQUIRED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF EVENT COMMENCEMENT.
We recommend that if you are hosting an 18th/21st Birthday party that you make the event 'INVITATION ONLY' and provide your own security on the door for the night.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING ANY ALCOHOL ONTO THE PREMISES (UNLESS IT IS FOR A TOAST AND HAS BEEN AGREED WHEN BOOKING YOUR EVENT).
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS AN OFFENCE TO BUY OR PROVIDE ALCOHOL TO UNDER 18'S AT ANY EVENTS YOU HOST ON OUR PREMISES AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE ANY EVENT DOWN WHERE THIS TAKES PLACE.
NO BOTTLES OR GLASSES ARE TO BE TAKEN OUTSIDE DURING YOUR EVENT.
